I love Dr. Heiberger, I have been seeing her for over 18 years. Problem is she is always running late, not just a little, like 45 minutes late for each of my appointments and I try to get first thing in the morning. I just now know I have to not schedule anything around the appointments. I love that there is an Ultrasound, and bone density scanner at the office so I don't have to go anywhere else. Knowledgeable but sometimes feel rushed (maybe it is because she is behind) but I can not imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Heiberger is superb. I’m pushing menopause, so naturally a new chapter as a female. I love that she doesn’t treat in the “cookie-cutter,” pre-menopausal doctor fashion. Rather, she truly included my lifestyle and concerns, to come up a plan of care. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked by physicians, “What do you do for you?” I answered honestly, “Lots of late night TV. Nope, I don’t work out.” I expected the normal doctor response: exercise, make more time for you…etc. Assuming it woukd come with the subtle undertone of disapproval. I didn’t get any of that. She knows me, she listens. No judgement. She just popped up from her chair and told me to take a deep breath (here we go I thought, “ you should meditate” ugh!). Nope, no mention of meditation. She just showed me how to relax, and breathe. A 10-30 second way to just hit pause, relax my muscles and regroup. By no means did she imply meditation wasn’t helpful, or I shouldn’t be exercising. I’m an adult, she understands I already know these things. Her approach to everything was just as individualized. I’m impressed how their group has changed their focus to in-depth women’s health.

Great to meet Dr. O who is very charming and sweet. After so many years with Dr. Huang, I was not sure if I will be comfortable with another practitioner but when I met Dr. O, she made me feel at ease right away.

Dr Oh and OB-Gyne of Lake Forest was recommended to me in 2018 by a colleague. Being someone who has had a number of medical issues. Dr Oh has been thorough in my care as a patient and always able to take the time to answer questions. I relocated to NASHVILLE, TN in 2021 and found the healthcare in the city very subpar and the fact that Vanderbilt just got 3d Mammo was shocking. They couldn't even do Breast Ultrasound for women with Dense Breast Tissue was shocking to me. Having heard some of the stars and Hollywood that moved to Nashville does not have great medical care. I want to say that is one of the many reasons I keep coming back and traveling for my yearly exams. Great to have a doctor like Dr. OH. The practice cares about their patients!

Dr Tart wool the time to listen and ask plenty of questions. She also recommended wrap around procedures to ensure my health - mammogram, bone density, and colonoscopy. I left with two referrals and a bone density test date, which is fine in the same office.

I am 12 weeks pregnant, and the staff and doctors here make me feel so welcome every time I come in. I feel like most Dr. Offices make you sit and wait around forever to be seen. It was great experience in term so the physical exam and asking for some education about pre-natal “to-do’s” this time around. The only thing that was embarrassing and awkward was I wasn’t told to get dressed before the doctor came back with a brochure of information for me so I was left sitting for a while after my exam, expecting the doctor to return. A clearer understanding of when our time together was finished would have been good. Overall, I’ve been happy with my experience at this OBGYN over the last several years.

It was my first visit and although I had to wait 45 minutes for Dr Holden I was told there was an emergency and things like that can happen in the OB world so I understood. I really liked Dr. Holden she asked a lot of questions and seemed very thorough. The staff was all very friendly and I got a good feeling walking in to the practice. I had mentioned that my husband had advanced cancer and Dr Holden was very empathetic and even gave me a list of people to call should I feel the need to talk to someone. I really think I am going to be so happy with my decision to switch to this practice.

Not sure how to rate. Love dr huang, 5 stars, but desk staff was cold and unwelcoming. Whomever is responsible for emailing needs retraining. I was given two times, two dates, and two locations that I had to spend time clarifying. Phone and admin staff are someone’s first contact with a practice and whom patients deal with the most. If I was a new patient I would not have come back.

I have seen several different OB's over the last 10 years and their practice moves too far away or they change practice and don't take my insurance anymore or literally left ne in the waiting room for 3 hours because the desk personell didn't turn in my file that I was there.
